Adonearth Advertising Policy
Advertisements on the Adonearth app must meet the legal requirements of the country from which the user is accessing it. Adonearth does not accept advertisements that do not meet the following basic requirements, including but not limited to:

• Advertisements containing expressions or images contrary to public morals,

• Advertisements that are detrimental to public health,

• Advertisements that disrupt public order, cause, condone, encourage or support acts of violence, illegal or reprehensible behavior,
-
• Advertisements containing statements or images that exploit, mislead, encourage or deceive patients, children, the elderly and the disabled,
-
• Advertisements containing abuse, exploitation, prejudice or discrimination against language, race, color, gender, political opinion, philosophical belief, religion, sect and similar characteristics,
-
• Advertisements that violate human dignity and personal rights,
-
• Advertisements containing expressions or images related to the private or social life of individuals without prior permission,
-
• Ads that exploit users' fears and superstitions, such as ads that aim to draw attention to news and publications about tragic events,
-
• Advertisements that contain statements or images related to illness, injury or similar conditions in a manner that is alarming or misleading,
-
• Advertisements that do not observe safety rules and contain presentations and descriptions of practices and situations that may pose a safety hazard.

• Disguised advertisements that are not clearly identified as advertisements
-
• Advertisements contrary to the rules of truth and honesty,
-
• Advertisements containing false and/or incomplete information that is deceptive and misleading to the user,
-
• Advertisements that constitute unfair competition,
-
• Advertisements containing violations of intellectual and industrial property rights,
-
• Advertisements where the claims in the content of the advertisement cannot be supported by scientific data and/or cannot be verified by other arguments,
-
• Ads whose main purpose is malicious actions, such as obtaining personal data and money from the user.
The following activities aimed at abusing the advertising network are prohibited.
Malicious software; Software intended to damage or gain unauthorized access to computers, devices or networks. These requirements apply to all ads and software hosted or linked to by your site or app, regardless of whether the software is promoted through the Adonearth advertising network. The following is not allowed:

• Intentional distribution of malicious software that can damage or gain unauthorized access to computers, devices or networks
-
• Computer viruses, ransomware, worms, trojans, rootkits, keyloggers, number dialers, spyware, fake security software and other malicious programs or applications
-
• For example, redirects that force users to go to an unknown site with malware before they click on the ad
-
• HTML5 advertisement that retrieves user credentials from the publisher page in an unauthorized way
Compromised site; Refers to a site or destination whose code has been altered without the knowledge of the site or destination's owner or user, in a way that benefits a third party and generally harms the users of the site.
Fraudulent ad content; Misspell prohibited words or phrases to avoid ad rejection; alter trademark terms in ad copy, space, sub-domain, or logo to avoid restrictions on trademark use; use UNICODE characters that do not appear in ads that do not add value to ad content for users; alter images or videos to hide content that violates policies.
Circumventing the system; Engaging in or attempting to engage in actions that bypass or hinder Adonearth's advertising systems and processes.
Services that are restricted or prohibited to be advertised may vary depending on the laws of the country in which you are using the application. You should check the regulations of the country where you will advertise.
A. TURKEY
Adult Sexual Content:
Adult sexual content is exemplified by the following:

• Pornography (including but not limited to websites, magazines, games, etc.)

Drugs and Drug Paraphernalia: Drugs and drug advertising are completely banned.
Financial Products and Services: For banking products or services, the advertiser must be authorized by the Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency (BRSA).
Gambling Content: It is prohibited to advertise auxiliary products and related linked resources for gambling, including gambling, casinos, online casinos and all products/services that assist in the organization and arrangement of gambling. Some of these are listed below, but gambling content is not limited to them and advertising of any kind is prohibited.

Content Attacking Religion and Morality: In Turkey, advertisements that attack religion and morality or that may cause social outrage are prohibited.
Tobacco and Tobacco Accessories: Promotion of tobacco products, accessories and brands is prohibited. Examples of tobacco products, accessories and brands:

• All cigarettes, including alternatives that imitate the act of smoking

Weapons and Weapon Accessories: The promotion of weapons and weapon accessories is prohibited. Examples of weapons and weapon accessories include the following:

• Political content advertising is defined as advertising that refers to a candidate, political party, elected or appointed government official, election, referendum, ballot measure, legislation, regulation, directive or judicial outcome.

• Guns including airsoft guns, air guns, paintball guns, antique guns, replica guns and imitation guns
• Weapon parts and accessories, including holsters, grips, magazines and ammunition
• Rental of guns (other than from shooting ranges)
• Stun guns, taser guns, mace, pepper spray, or other similar self defense weapons
• Swords, machetes and other edged/bladed weapons
• Explosives, bombs and bomb-making materials and/or equipment
• Fireworks, flamethrowers and other pyrotechnic devices
• Knives including butterfly knives, fighting knives, switchblades, hidden knives and ninja stars
Other services and professions for which promotion is prohibited:

• Services and products for circumventing intellectual property protection systems, services and products for intercepting telephone calls and similar systems
B. EUROPEAN UNION
Adult Sexual Content: The promotion of adult sexual content is prohibited. Some of these are listed below, but sexual content is not limited to these and advertising of any kind is prohibited.

In other countries, it is possible to advertise alcohol, provided that the following limits are respected:

• Not targeting minors or encouraging, suggesting or enticing underage drinking

• Not use characters, athletes, celebrities or images/icons that appeal to minors

• Not using minors or pregnant women as models in advertisements
-
• Not implying that drinking in excess is good or that alcohol has therapeutic, relaxing or stimulating properties
-
• Not implying that alcohol has health benefits or can improve sexual, social, athletic or professional performance or standing
-
• Not misleading or confusing customers that alcoholic beverages are soft drinks or candy
-
• Not associate drinking with activities that are potentially dangerous, require considerable attention, skill, etc. (e.g. driving a motor vehicle), or are antisocial or illegal (e.g. illegal drugs)

• Not depicting people under the influence of alcohol

• Not emphasizing the alcohol level of a product (it is acceptable to promote a product as low alcohol or non-alcoholic)
Drugs and Drug Paraphernalia: Drugs and drug advertising are completely prohibited. These include, but are not limited to, the content of drugs and advertising of any kind is prohibited. Herbal medicines, Accessories associated with drug use, Drug dispensaries, Depictions of heavy drug use.
Financial Products and Services: The promotion of financial products and services is allowed with restrictions. This includes financial institutions, products and services, cryptocurrency products and services, non-fungible tokens (NFTs) and related products.

• Advertisements for financial products and services can target the below European countries:
Austria, Belgium*, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece*, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia*, Spain, Sweden
* Belgium, Greece, Slovenia are not suitable for advertising cryptocurrency and DeFi products and services. Therefore, advertising on these topics is not possible in these regions.
It is prohibited to advertise products or services with a high risk of financial loss. Some of these are listed, but the content of financial instruments with a high risk of financial loss is not limited to these and advertising of all types is prohibited. Examples: Binary options, Bail bonds, Penny stocks.
a. Permitted with restrictions: *Advertising of the following financial institutions, products or services is permitted. However, when targeting financial content to certain countries, license from the relevant regulatory authorities is required. Please refer to the Country Specific Policies section below for licensing requirements or any other country-specific restrictions that might be applicable.

France: The Advertiser must hold a Digital Asset Service Provider registration or license from the Autorité des Marchés financiers ("AMF").
Germany: The advertiser must be authorized by the Bundesanstalt für Finanzdienstleistungsaufsicht ("BAFIN").
Norway: There must be a document showing that the advertiser has registered with Finanstilsynet.
Poland: The advertiser must be registered in the official register of Poland.
Portugal: There must be a certificate that the advertiser is registered with the Bank of Portugal.
Sweden: There must be proof that the advertiser is registered with the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority
Switzerland: The Advertiser must hold a license from the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority ("FINMA").
Non-fungible tokens (NFTs) and related products:

Germany, Austria, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Croatia, France, Italy, Macedonia, Macedonia, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Serbia, Slovenia, Slovenia, Netherlands, Ireland, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland.
b. National and State Licensed Lotteries:

• Lottery advertising is permitted in selected markets by public entities or entities specifically authorized to conduct lotteries on behalf of the state, as well as lotteries licensed by the state.

• Lottery advertisements may only target territories where laws that approve the advertiser to operate or sell are applicable.
The following additional terms apply to gambling advertisements targeting specific countries.
Belgium: Fantasy Sports advertisements are allowed.
Bulgaria: Advertisers must obtain a license from the State Gambling Commission in Bulgaria. Advertising of sports, cultural, health, educational or social welfare events sponsored by gambling operators is permitted.
Croatia: Advertising of online casino games and sports betting is permitted provided that the advertiser has received authorization from the Government of the Republic of Croatia and a license from the Ministry of Finance.
Denmark: Fantasy Sports advertisements are allowed.
Finland: Fantasy sports advertising is allowed.
France: Fantasy sports advertising is allowed. Advertisers are responsible for ensuring that their landing pages include a warning against excessive or pathological gambling and that their websites operate on the ".fr" domain.
Germany: Sports betting, horse racing and lottery advertising is permitted in Germany provided that the advertiser holds a valid gambling operator's license or intermediary license and an advertising permit issued by the relevant authorities in this country
National and State Licensed Lotteries

• Lottery advertising is permitted in selected markets by public entities or entities specifically authorized to conduct lotteries on behalf of the state, as well as lotteries licensed by the state.

• Lottery advertisements may only target territories where laws that approve the advertiser to operate or sell are applicable.
Ireland: The promotion of online casino games, sports betting, bingo and online lottery is permitted provided that the advertiser obtains a license from the Irish Revenue National Excise Licence Office. Fantasy sports advertising is allowed. Sites that direct traffic to gambling operators, such as affiliate, tipster and betting sites, are permitted in Ireland as long as they have the appropriate license for their activities.
Italy: Gambling advertisements and advertisements for gambling-related content are prohibited.
Netherlands: Physical casino advertising is allowed in the Netherlands for establishments licensed by the state.
Norway: Advertising of sports betting, horse racing and lotteries is permitted in Norway by state- licensed organizations. Fantasy Sports advertisements are allowed. Brick and mortar casinos are permitted, but cannot make reference to poker.
Serbia: Physical casino and sports betting advertising is permitted as long as the advertiser is licensed by the Administration for Games of Chance.
Slovenia: Advertisements targeting Slovenia must be in Slovenian.
Spain: Sites that redirect traffic to gambling companies in Spain, such as affiliate, tipping or betting sites, are not allowed.
Sweden: Gambling advertising is permitted in Sweden by state-licensed organizations. Fantasy sports advertising is allowed.
Switzerland: Advertising of online games by entities licensed by the state is allowed.
Healthcare:
The promotion of health and pharmaceutical products and services is restricted. These restrictions depend on the specific product or service being promoted as well as the country a campaign is targeting. Check the country-specific information below to identify your product or service and the country or countries you want to target. Health-related and pharmacological products or services are prohibited unless listed below.

C. Country Specific Policies:
1. Non-prescription medicine advertisements
Advertising of licensed over-the-counter ("OTC") medicines is only permitted when targeting the following countries. Europe: Germany, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Croatia, Ireland, Ireland, Germany, Italy, Macedonia, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Serbia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.
1. The following additional requirements apply to advertisements for health-related and pharmacological products and services targeting specific countries:

- Croatia: Advertising of homeopathic products is prohibited.
-
- Denmark: OTC medicines, herbal remedies, vitamins and mineral products are allowed, but the advertised product must be approved by the Danish Health and Medicines Authority. Advertising of pharmaceutical composition products (prescription medicinal products) is prohibited.
-
- Finland: Over-the-counter advertisements for human and animal medicines are permitted. The medicinal product advertised must be authorized by the Finnish Medicines Agency. Advertising of health supplements is permitted, provided that it does not imply that they have the ability to prevent, cure or treat disease.

- France: Advertising by pharmaceutical manufacturers is allowed, subject to restrictions. These advertisers can only target France.
-
- Germany: Advertising by pharmaceutical manufacturers is allowed, subject to restrictions. These advertisers can only target Germany. Advertising of medical devices is allowed.

- Ireland: Advertising by pharmaceutical manufacturers is allowed, subject to restrictions. These advertisers can only target Ireland.
-
- Italy: Advertising by pharmaceutical manufacturers is allowed, subject to restrictions. These advertisers can only target Italy..
-
- Netherlands: Advertising of OTC medical devices and diagnostic in-vitro devices targeting the Netherlands is allowed. Branding and sales advertising of OTC medicines targeting the Netherlands is allowed. This includes online sales by pharmacies and drug stores. Advertising by pharmaceutical manufacturers is allowed, subject to restrictions. These advertisers can only target the Netherlands.

- Norway: Advertisements for non-prescription medicines cannot mention serious diseases such as diabetes, sexually transmitted diseases and tuberculosis.
-
- Poland: The advertised over-the-counter medicines must not be included in the List of Medicines Reimbursed by the State..
-
- Portugal: Product advertisements containing therapeutic claims are permitted on a limited basis.
-
- Slovenia: It is allowed to promote the sale of non-prescription medicines and food supplements if the advertiser has a license issued by the Agency for Medicinal Products and Medical Devices of the Republic of Slovenia.
Advertisements must be in Slovenian and contain the following statement: Pred uporabo natančno preberite navodilo! O tveganju in neželenih učinkih se posvetujte z z zdravnikom ali s farmacevtom" (Meaning: "Always read the instructions! Consult your doctor or pharmacist about the risk of side effects"). This warning message must occupy at least 10% of the total advertising space.

Blockchain games refer to games involving NFT or cryptocurrency tokens, which are spent and earned.
Advertising of blockchain games is only allowed if the advertiser meets country-specific licensing requirements.
Brazil Specific Policies:

Gambling Content

Advertising by licensed physical casino operators is prohibited from targeting Brazil.

C. Special Policies for Brazil:
1. Non-prescription medicine advertisements
Advertising of licensed over-the-counter ("OTC") medicines is allowed to target Brazil.
There are no additional requirements for advertisements for health-related and pharmacological products and services targeting Brazil.
Political Content
Political Content advertising is not allowed in Brazil.

● Political content advertising is defined as advertising that refers to a candidate, political party, elected or appointed public official, election, referendum, ballot measure, legislation, regulation, ordinance or judicial outcome.

● Political campaign ads are defined as:

Starred items are prohibited from being advertised throughout the app.
Tobacco and Tobacco Accessories
Promotion of tobacco products, accessories and brands is banned globally. Examples of tobacco product accessories and brands:

● All cigarettes, including alternatives that mimic the act of smoking

Brazil Specific Policies:
Approved tobacco advertisers are allowed to target Brazil. Advertisers must first obtain pre approval to run Tobacco Corporate Social Responsibility advertisements by obtaining certification.
Advertisements are subject to the following restrictions:

● Advertisers are obliged to comply with all applicable laws, regulations and advertising rules.
-
● Advertisers cannot target customers under the age of 21.
-
● Only corporate social responsibility campaigns are allowed.

Subject to the above restrictions, all permitted advertisements must also meet the following criteria:

● They must not promote their brand and/or display tobacco-related products.

● They should not make false/misleading claims.

● It should not depict tobacco use or consumption.
Weapons and Weapon Accessories
The promotion of weapons and weapon accessories is globally prohibited. Examples of weapons and weapon accessories include:

● Weapon parts and accessories, including holsters, grips, magazines and ammunition

The promotion of adult sexual content is prohibited.

Alcohol Content
Alcohol advertising targeting China is allowed within certain restrictions. Alcohol advertisements must not include the following:
(i) any encouragement or inducement to drink, or drinking in moderation;
(ii) any description of an act of drinking;
(iii) any description of the use of cars, ships or aircraft,
(iv) any indication, explicit or implicit, that alcohol reduces tension and anxiety, increases physical strength or has any other effect.
It is also prohibited to advertise alcohol through internet media intended for minors, including but not limited to websites, web pages, internet application programs and we-media.
Drugs and Drug Paraphernalia
Drugs and drug advertising are completely banned.
Examples for drugs and drug paraphernalia:
Herbal medicines, Accessories associated with drug use, Drug dispensaries, Depictions of heavy drug use.
Financial Products and Services
Advertising for financial products and services is prohibited from targeting China. This includes financial institutions, products and services, cryptocurrency products and services, non-fungible tokens (NFTs) and related products.
Gambling Content
The promotion of gambling content is prohibited in China.
This policy applies to, but is not limited to, the following:

There are no specific restrictions or regulatory requirements for gaming service advertisements, provided that the content of such advertisements complies with the general provisions of the Advertising Law.
Online game advertisements that are inappropriate for the physical and mental health of minors may not be published in internet media intended for minors, including but not limited to websites, web pages, Internet application programs and we-media.
Healthcare
In China, a pre-approval system is applied to advertisements for pharmaceuticals, medical devices and medical services, and such advertisements must be approved by the competent authorities before publication, otherwise they cannot be published. At the same time, the Advertising Law and regulatory documents issued by the competent authorities impose numerous restrictions on pharmaceutical, medical device and medical service advertisements, including but not limited to the following:

● any claim or assurance of effectiveness or safety;
-
● any statement regarding the treatment rate or efficacy rate
-
● comparison with other medicines or medical devices in terms of efficacy and safety, or comparison with other medical institutions;
-
● any recommendation or certification by an endorser;

● the use of the name or image of patients, health technical personnel, medical educational and scientific research institutions and personnel, as well as other social groups or organizations for certification;

● any claim or indirect indication of the ability to cure all diseases, to adapt to all symptoms or to apply to all groups of people, or of the necessity for normal life and the treatment of diseases, or any other content contrary to scientific rules;

● any information that may cause the public to have unnecessary concerns and fears about their health and illness, or misunderstandings that failure to use the product in question will lead to a particular illness or worsening of any illness;

● Inductive statements such as "popular product, shopping rush, on trial", "need for a family, free treatment, free product", sweeping comments such as "evaluate, rank, recommend, determine, select, and reward", or guarantee content such as "reimbursement for disability, insured by an insurance company" in a way that encourages consumers to arbitrarily or excessively use the drug, dietary supplement or food for private medical purposes; cannot be included.
Furthermore, for the protection of minors, advertising of medicines, medical devices and medical services (including beauty treatment) through internet media aimed at minors, including but not limited to websites, web pages, internet application programs and we-media, is not permitted.
Political Content
